I ask a lot of questions.
Some are practical. Some are philosophical. Some send me down unexpected paths that connect leadership, business, health, resilience, relationships, and what it means to be human.
These are the rabbit holes I'm currently exploring.improvements.

What happens when the higher you go, the more YOU become the strategy?
Leadership isn't just about decisions.
It's about nervous systems.
Clarity.
Communication.
Presence.
People don't just experience our leadership.
They experience our state of being.

How do we navigate hard things without losing ourselves in the process?
I'm interested in resilience that doesn't require becoming harder.
The kind that allows us to bend, adapt, recover, and keep moving forward while remaining fully human.

What happens when healing stops being another performance metric?
After years of chasing optimization, I'm increasingly interested in sustainable well-being, nervous system regulation, and building a life that supports health instead of requiring recovery from it.

Can people and profits coexist?
I've spent my career in business environments ranging from deeply human to painfully transactional.
The most sustainable success seems to come from organizations that refuse to treat humanity as a liability.improvements.

How do we help people grow without breaking their spirit?
As a parent and leader, I find myself returning to the same challenge:
How do we hold high standards while preserving dignity, agency, and humanity?

What can patterns teach us?
Stories.
Symbols.
Synchronicities.
The narratives we create.
The meaning we assign.
Whether they're spiritual, psychological, or somewhere in between, I'm fascinated by the ways humans make sense of their lives.
I vacillate between fiction and non-fiction and my TBR is never ending. Right now I am reading Zodiac Academy #6 by Caroline Peckham & Susanne Valenti; Star Talk by Neil deGrasse Tyson; and Meditations by Marcus Aurelius.
Music is a barometer of my mood and I genuinely listen to EVERYTHING. Right now I am cycling through Sleep Token, Ella Langley, Waking Up Christopher, and Satsang.
I am fully in my cozy hobby era so I rotate between coloring, diamond art, junk journaling, legos, puzzles, board games, reading, and writing.
I honestly don't watch much television. The majority of what I watch is short form content on TikTok. My favorite creators right now are dadchats, justinowens, louloucrafts, milliepaperco, kristen, georgiaballgolf, bad_wolf_reads, and buffalotrinket3.
Are you starting to see a pattern? As a true polymath I learn a lot about a lot of things all at once.. The current roster is quantum biology, systems theory, GLP-1 and metabolic health, being a mom to an athlete, and the intersection of spirituality and science.
I'm learning to trust that I don't have to earn my worth through over-functioning, over-giving, or over-achieving. I'm practicing what it means to be fully myself—and discovering that who I already am is more than enough to build resilient beings, businesses, and a meaningful life.
